Before any monthly service begins, every client goes through a paid Diagnostic and Setup phase. This protects both parties and ensures the engagement is built on a clear, shared understanding of the household.

A focused conversation to understand your household, identify pain points, and confirm we're the right fit for each other.

In-Home Assessment

A structured walkthrough of your property, vendors, systems, and current friction points. We see the full picture before we start.

Priority Mapping

Pain-point capture, vendor review, and a clear list of what needs attention immediately versus what can be scheduled.

Household Plan

A draft 30-day or 90-day household management plan, specific to your home, your vendors, and your priorities.

System Setup

Dashboard, contact records, maintenance calendar, and communication cadence established before the first retainer month begins.

Ongoing Management

Weekly updates, monthly recaps, proactive seasonal planning, and consistent follow-through. Every month, without you having to ask.
